Who is ES Management

ES Management is a small but professional investment and asset management team that handles the financial interests of Erik Skjærbæk and his family.

Erik Skjærbæk was originally trained as a machinist in Thy, Denmark, and sailed as a machinist before he became sales manager for Svendborg Brakes. In 1998, Skjærbæk and a colleague bought Svendborg Brakes and succeeded to manage and grow the company significantly up until 2008, when they sold it to the English private equity fund Doughty Hanson.

Our investments

Our investments range from industrial production, including R&D facilities and sustainable technologies, to real estate investment and development, energy drinks, as well as entertainment/leisure as shareholder of Parken Sport and Entertainment including the holiday resorts Lalandia.

Erik Skjærbæk lives in Svendborg and is happy to invest in the local area, including the companies PureteQ, ES Ejendomme, and ESTECH, among others.

We invest in both start-ups and established companies – as an active or passive investor – we are always interested in hearing about new investment projects, and our investment and decision-making process is efficient.
